With over two decades of experience in retail, coffee, and technology, I've honed my skills in organizational effectiveness focused on culture, strategy, operations, change management and team development. My journey began in a family-owned convenience store, where I discovered my love for taking care of people and creating a positive work environment. This passion has driven me throughout my career, from a variety of different leadership roles at Starbucks for 20 years to launching a new concept at Amazon called Amazon Go.
