Rancho Acebuchal

Natural Horsemanship trekking centre in the beautiful Spanish countryside, just 10 minutes inland from Fuengirola and Mijas Costa on the Costa Del Sol. The philosophy of Rancho Acebuchal is of working with nature and the local environment. You will see that the horses here live as naturally as possible in a herd environment running free in an open pasture. All kept barefoot, trained using natural horsemanship methods and ridden in a relaxed style with bitless bridles. Lessons are available in English by a qualified BHS instructor. You can visit for a day or come for a longer stay, there is always something to do from attending local ferias and fiestas to watching world class dressage and showjumping competitions.
