Rapha Physical Therapy

Rapha Physical Therapy, Inc. is a rehabilitation practice that provides physical, occupational, speech and behavioral therapy to infants, children, and adults with with genetic, neurological and orthopedic ailments. Our mission is to provide outstanding services to patients, health care entities and the community at large. We are dedicated to clinical excellence, outstanding customer service, customized evaluation and treatment regimens, and valuable health education to empower those we serve to achieve the best functional outcomes possible. Rapha Physical Therapy also contracts out therapists to work at health care entities (i.e. rehabilitation centers, acute care hospitals, outpatient clinics).
