Originally established in 2001 as Daurio & Franklin LLP, the condominium audit practice rebranded on February 1, 2018 to Rapkin Wein LLP. The condominium audit practice merged with the existing practice of the partners in the firm, which includes a wide-ranging client base consisting of entrepreneurs, small and medium sized private companies, professionals and not for profit organizations. We provide assurance, accounting, tax and other complementary advisory services. We are a boutique firm that really cares about its clients. As a result of our hands-on approach and staff continuity, we develop deep knowledge of specific issues relating to each client. We are accessible and responsive to our clients throughout the year. We focus on helping our clients achieve their personal and business goals by identifying opportunities to maximize and protect the value of their businesses, minimize and defer taxes and plan for the future. Our firm has specialized in audits of condominium corporations for over fifteen years. We currently audit well in excess of one hundred condominium corporations that range in size from fewer than ten units to over eight hundred units. As such, we report to more than unit owners in the Greater Toronto Area. We take pride in the fact that we have assisted corporations from their original registration to date.
