Rare Charity

RARE CHARITY offers talented people within tea communities access to education. We currently operate in the Satemwa Tea Estate community in Malawi, Africa. The people working in tea estates represent some of the most marginalised communities in many of the world’s poorest countries. Our aim is to give ambitious young people the agency to uplift themselves, their households and their community. Through education, we enable young people to return to their community as qualified professionals, to implement long-term social change.
