We are specialists in coaching key individuals to ensure that they learn new techniques that will help in running their businesses better, including conducting risk analysis to gain a comprehensive understanding of waste areas within the firm and to implement risk mitigation plans. Our goal is to contribute to business optimisation for our clients to maximise efficiencies and facilitate overall business growth as well as providing training to teams to impart required business skills and enhance their competencies. RareRabbit Consulting has three packages, the first package, called the “Start” was designed with the small business in mind. Here, as an organisation, we conduct diagnostic meetings to determine client requirements, analyse findings from the diagnostics to align with business owner priorities. Then we have the “Expand” medium business package which entails conducting a diagnostic meeting, designing business processes for clients as per the “To-Be” that are comprehensive and address the risk aspect, drawing up workplace policies and procedures, and finally compiling the close-off report. The last package is the “Retainer” which is for clients that seek a dedicated list of monthly services such as entrepreneurship consulting, entrepreneurial solution and strategy development, as well as the establishment of advisory boards for businesses.
