I have worked in marketing roles at Oregon Episcopal School and Jordan Ramis PC, specializing in digital marketing. I also am on the board of directors and chair of the marketing committee for Friends of the Multnomah County Library (“FOL”). When not working, I like to watch television. Friends, 30 Rock, and Better Call Saul are amongst my favorites. While working on marketing projects for FOL, I started using Google Grants. Google Grants is truly incredible. Nonprofits enrolled in the program are given a month in advertising credits to be used in Google Adwords. I A MONTH! The problem is that AdWords can be a pretty daunting program for those not familiar with pay-per-click advertising. So even those that do get enrolled don’t utilize it to really take advantage of what they can be given. So I thought that maybe I could help other nonprofits with setting up and managing Google Grants accounts. The Google Grants program is what I work to market because it is selling free money.
