During college he worked as a golf caddy and valet. His sales career began in NYC with selling office furniture, then for a small business in cosmetic display manufacturing. In he quit his (great) job, sold his home, and began a trip around the world with his wife. After breaking a Guinness World Record for "Epic and realizing the benefits of rental property ownership, in 2004 Chris dove into Real Estate in Boulder, Colorado, ultimately earning "Elite Agent" ranking for his sales in the top 1% in USA and later became a RE/MAX owner. His wife Erin joined him in real estate in 2007 and over the years they built one of Boulder's most recognized and respected brands. With a mindset of of Playing as Hard as you Work, in 2008 the couple began taking off 2-months every year, traveling in December and January, knowingly exchanging a loss of business opportunities for a better quality of life. In 2018, they sold their business and their home in Colorado, and spend part of the year traveling the world in their 4x4 Adventure Camper. In 2020 they set up a base in Budapest, Hungary. His consulting approach is “Short-term consulting for Long-term Solutions”. He will analyze your business and challenges, then develop effective solutions to be implemented quickly and seamlessly.
