Ratio Cocoa Roasters is a bean to bar chocolate maker. As chocolate makers we source coca beans then perform all the steps to make chocolate from "bean" to "bar" right here in our Melbourne factory. Our passion is to create individually flavored small batch hand-crafted products using traditional production methods and 100% natural ingredients. This means just like coffee and wine, depending on the cocoa's origin you will taste a difference in the flavor. We have a range of products, including soy & gluten free, vegan and no sugar. Corporate branding & /or gifting is available. We conduct weekly public tours and monthly chocolate truffle workshops. Educational tours for Food Studies, Business Studies or Maths students are also available. Host your next team building or EOFY activity at Ratio.
