Our core competence: We think, plan, and build with a future-oriented and interconnected approach. We focus on existing buildings and their reinterpretation. RAUMTAKT operates nationally and internationally between the disciplines of architecture and spatial design. As comprehensive project managers, we plan and realize forward-thinking and cost-efficient conversions, renovations, repurposing of existing buildings, extensions, expansions, energy refurbishments, or replacement new builds for residential houses, restaurants, hotel properties, and office buildings. We advise clients according to their individual needs, from the initial analysis to construction supervision. Manifesto: We love buildings. We are fond of places and spaces that move and inspire us.
