Ravenhawk Associates is a specialist Emerging Markets focused executive search and consulting firm dedicated to hiring talent within the Fixed Income, DCM and Financing markets across the CEEMEA and Latin American regions. Based in London, the firm has a truly global reach. The Founding Director, Simon Bragg, started his career in search in 1998 and has successfully completed both individual and team hiring initiatives and competitor research projects in Mexico City, Sao Paulo, Moscow, Dubai, Istanbul, Tel Aviv, Johannesburg, Prague, Warsaw, Budapest, Bucharest, Riyadh, Kiev, Almaty and Seoul (in addition to the major regional hubs in London and New York). The firm was established in 2011 and is founded on the principles of providing first class competitor research and analysis to support retained hiring initiatives. We provide clients with a cost efficient and effective service which incorporates both an in-depth market knowledge to identify the best suited candidate(s) or research product whilst ensuring that all set delivery deadlines are met.
