As an AADP* Certified Health Coach and Raw Foods Educator, I specialize in helping my clients achieve their goals through conscious eating using raw living foods and juicing. I completed training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in December 2012. At IIN, I was trained in more than 100 dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. I also received my Living on Live Food Chef and Teacher Certifications through Alissa Cohen’s Raw Teacher Program in May 2005 and September 2012. I enjoy sharing my knowledge through public speaking, online media, and raw food classes.
