The firm’s first project, the Dance Building/Dance Studio Apartments, was the recipient of the inaugural New York City AIA Housing Design Award and we have continued to develop a portfolio of notable projects. The Thompson LES Hotel was published in 101 Cool Buildings: The Best of NYC Architecture The School of Visual Arts Dormitory was the recipient of the 2011 Society of American Registered Architects New York design award and a 2012 Brick in Architecture Bronze Award. In 2016, 215 Sullivan Street was awarded a National Merit Award by the Society of American Registered Architects.
