Raxoest OÜ was founded in September 2006 and is based 100% on Estonian private capital. We provide surveying services across Estonia as well as abroad. Our team is made up of industry experts, who possess the skills needed to find solutions to even the most complicated surveying jobs. SERVICES: CONSTRUCTION SURVEYING Staking, as-built surveys, and volume calculations for roads, railways, buildings, and utility lines. INVESTIGATIVE CONSTRUCTION SURVEYS Preparation of topographic site plans for various design projects. Includes marking of underground utility lines in the plans and, if necessary, the creation of a 3D model. 3D SCANNING Scanning of various objects for the production of a 3D point cloud and photos. This can then be used to create a 3D model and, if necessary, plans, elevations, and sections. ENGINEERING SURVEYING Architectural surveying and drawings prepared on the basis thereof for building reconstruction projects. Surveying of complex structures. Deformation and subsidence monitoring of buildings and other structures. Hydrographic surveying. UNMANNED AERIAL VEHICLES Preparation of topographic site plans for various design projects. Progress photography for the recording of construction progress over time. Site inspection – power lines, tall structures. Creation of terrain models. MODELLING AND DIGITAL CONSTRUCTION (BIM) Creation of reference models based on construction design documents for machine control systems – Leica, Trimble, Topcon. Creation of models based on as-built surveys for volume calculations and for use in BIM environments.
