Ray Joeh Consulting is a boutique Learning and Organisational Development consulting services provider. We love learning - and we also get that learning happens everywhere, all the time. What we do is take that lifelong learning and make it as amazing as it can be. Ok, so sometimes it's not the most interesting (read: boring) content you need people to know.but that shouldn't be the catalyst to accept a mediocre learning experience. Over the years of working with a lot of different learning folk, we came to realise there are two kinds of L&D people: 1) those who accept that close enough is good enough, 2) those who absolutely can't handle the phrase "good enough". Now when you take the people in the second group and bring them together with an organisation who is willing to stand out and wants to be brilliant (who wouldn't want to be google or facebook?), we get magic!
