Len Day and Craig Smith are partners and owners of Austar Realty Ltd since 1st April 2009. They began under the Harveys brand, later LJ Hooker in November 2010 and on 1 May 2019 trading as Ray White. Craig Smith is the CEO a Licensed Agent and director, Len is the Principal and manages the day to day running of the business, he is a Licensed Agent and director. Craig Smith works as a salesperson in partnership with his brother Brendan and daughter Rebecca. Austar Realty is very much a family affair with many relatives working in the business. The company has expanded rapidly in the last 6 years growing from 2 offices (Blockhouse Bay & Titirangi) to now 4 offices throughout West Auckland with over 70 personnel. We have offices in Central West (Te Atatu South), Green Bay, New Lynn, and Titirangi so our reach for vendors and buyers extends across most of West Auckland. Our vision is to be "the best real estate agency in Auckland". We all work as a team not as individuals and call ourselves the Austar Family.
