Rays Chan & Co. is a Certified Public Accountants firm in Hong Kong with history which can be traced back to 1986. We together with our affiliated companies provide auditing, tax, company secretarial, and other corporate advisory services (e.g. information technology and computer services, management consultant services, initial public offering services, financial advice and investigations etc.) to clients in Hong Kong and other countries (e.g. China, Singapore, Japan, Europe, USA etc.). Internationally, Rays Chan & Co. is a member of a worldwide network of independent and professional accountants. With its representation all over the world, Rays Chan & Co. is able to provide a full range of services to clients. Rays Chan & Co. currently has two partners/principals who are young, aggressive and professional. We have around 40 staff who have been providing a wide range of professional services to individuals, local and multinational clients. Most of the staff in Rays Chan & Co. are university graduated and attained with professional qualifications in globally recognized professional bodies, such as HKICPA, ACCA, AICPA, CPA Australia, ICSA, etc.
