LTD was founded in 2012, located in Shenzhen City, China with offices in UK offering selling and technology services.Over the last 8 years we have offered many solutions to meet customer’s special requirements for different application. RAYS Display offers TFT, OLED display and PCAP touch panel with air & optical bonding. Our TFT series including bar type TFT, transflective TFT with low power consumption, high luminance TFT, 2K/4K high resolution TFT and customized TFT displays based on client’s application. RAYS Display is a young dynamic company with enthusiastic sales team who can quickly understand customer needs, and with highly experienced engineers to provide advanced (professional) technical support & innovation, Rays Display recommends special flat panel display designs and new products to meet customer requirements. Our customers are mainly concentrated in Europe, the U.S, Korea and Japan. Our products are widely used in automotive, medical and military applications completely in compliance with ISO9001 and IATF 16949 standards.RAYS Display factory area and offices combine for over 7500m2 and is runned by our dedicated and hardworking employees of over 200 people. Our main production equipment includes: Three Toray automatic COG bonding machines, which support a maximum size of 21.5inch LCD panel bonding with capacity of pieces per hour per machine; Three semi-automatic COG bonding machines; and several ACF and FPC bonding machines. We also have three end assembly lines with capacity of 1kk units per month and a production line, which focuses on the design and manufacturing of various types of resistive and capacitive touch panels to seamlessly meet the growing demands for customized solutions.Since RAYS Display concentrates on improving our quality control system, now our TFT & OLED quality is highly admitted by our customers from Europe, the U.S, Korea and Japan.RAYS Display devotes to design and produce high quality TFT.
