I support women to thrive in their personal and professional lives by understanding what their strengths are and how to use them to feel engaged, energised and perform at their best. Your coaching journey with me begins with the Strengthscope profiling assessment tool, accredited by the British Psychology Society, to identify what your strengths are. The questionnaire produces an in-depth report which highlights what your key strengths are, how they look in action and what performance risks you will tend to incur when over or underusing your strengths. Following the completion of your Strengthscope profile, we will have a 90 minute 1-2-1 profiling debrief which aims to provide you with a solid understanding of what energises you at work and how you can use your energies to reach your goals and create opportunities for you to thrive. I offer a range of coaching programmes to support you on an individual and or team level to gain self-awareness and self-confidence, uplift your engagement and performance in your work and learn strategies on how you can embed strengths into your everyday life to benefit your overall well-being and feelings of fulfilment.
