The Russian-British financial advisory boutique - RB Partners - was established in February 2004 by former top managers from some of the largest Russian financial institutions (Alfa Group, Interros Group, VTB) and international auditing and consulting companies (PricewaterhouseCoopers, Ernst & Young). RB Partners provides investment banking advisory services to Russian and international institutional investors (Private Equity Funds, Strategic Investors, Pension Funds, Investment Companies, Banks, etc) and corporate management advisory services to financial institutions. Since October 2010, RB Partners is a member of the Globalscope International Association that specializes in M&A and corporate finance services and includes 25 investment banking advisory firms from 18 countries.
