Over the past 20 years, our team has installed, retrofitted, and upgraded hundreds to thousands of Diffusion Furnace units. In the late 1990s, the Korean economic crisis eliminated companies that couldn't achieve maximum efficiency across all manufacturing sectors. Shaped by this demanding environment, our team members possess the expertise to modify, repair, and install high-end Vertical Furnace equipment. We have accumulated more project experience in this area than any other company in the world. In 2019, our team members, who had become experts in their respective fields, embarked on a new venture. We completed the development of low-power, high-precision control technology based on the RISC-V SoC design technology transferred from ETRI. To protect our customers' critical process technologies, such as recipes, Gas Interlocks, and Valve Sequences, from theft, we developed and applied anti-reverse-engineering Custom-System on Chip (Custom-SoC) technology to the equipment's process modules. Leveraging this innovative technology, we began developing Diffusion Furnace and CVD equipment. Our mission is to become the leading specialists in Diffusion Furnace technology and to develop the world's best equipment.
