RC Vision is a new social venture that will use the sport of electric radio control car racing to close the diversity gap in STEM learning and career engagement and improve the emotional wellbeing of minoritised young people, by:*developing radio control car racing facilities in locations suitable for engaging minoritised children and young people,*reaching out and engaging children and young people of colour in the world of electric radio control car racing,*generating opportunities and supporting children and young people to develop ‘engineering habits of mind’ and science capital, and *creating opportunities for volunteering and employment in STEM.
