Our modern manufacturing facility has 1200 tons of silo (HEATED) storage capacity and we can produce 3200 tons of HMA within an eight hour day or night operation. Our plant has two sets of weigh scales for high speed loading and weighing enabling trucks a quick departure. The plant's high-speed computer loading system allows for quicker turnaround time between project sites and our plant. RCA Asphalt is approved by the NYSDOT, NYCDOT, the County of Westchester and multiple local municipalities. We manufacture Sandard Asphalt Mixes, DOT Superpave Mixes as well as Port Authority and FAA Asphalt using only the highest quality materials available.
