In the first couple of years, I worked with a large volume of clients from various industries and stages of maturity. In that time, I saw a pattern in how we would sometimes end up in a seemingly endless revision cycle. It was frustrating for me, but more importantly, it was frustrating for my clients. I knew that to get out of that cycle, we needed to get clear on what the business is doing (purpose), and why we're doing it (vision): Brand strategy. I created a process in facilitating business owners to get deeply in-touch with the difference that their work makes to their customers, and aligning everything they do from marketing to operations to that purpose and vision. I have refined my facilitation to bring together my background in Transformational Coaching, Psychology and Design. We will look at all the expected things(customer journey maps, market analysis, etc.)- and beyond that, we will look closely at why, of all the millions of entrepreneurs, it is you that brings this business to life.
