Rogers Cory Partnership Limited is a Civil Engineering and Technical Architectural design consultancy which specialises in residential developments and involved with a prestigious client base of UK Building Housing associations. Barratt/David Wilson Group, Taylor Wimpey, Linden Homes, Persimmon, Bellway to name a few. We are involved in developments of all sizes varying from single dwellings to 2800+ sites where all civil engineering infrastructure and architectural working drawing design is provided. Our civils team specialise in the design of infrastructure including roads and drainage and provide flood risk assessment as well as offering assistance and advising feasibility through the planning process. Whilst our architectural teams assist, interpret and develop projects in partnership with our clients consultants from production of planning schemes and providing them with clarity and concise information to enable the delivery of development. As a direct result of our continued development of the Practice we have been awarded a Quality Assurance Certificate under ISO9001.
