RCS Empowers, Inc. is a private not-for-profit organization whose mission is to empower individuals with disabilities and special needs so they may work, live and function with dignity and respect. RCS provides an array of services to 800 children and adults including Birth to 3 Services, Day Services, Recreation Groups, Work Training, Job Placement, and Job Coaching.
