RDM operates through two divisions: The Consulting Division provides advisory and technology services tailored to the construction industry. Our work includes outsourced CFO and controller support, accounting training, process improvement, Sage 300 CRE and Sage Intacct implementations, as well as upgrades, migrations, and reporting solutions. The Recruiting Division focuses on talent solutions. We specialize in direct-hire recruiting, placements for industry-specific roles, and candidate screening to ensure the right skills and cultural fit.
