I feel that if you have a passion to be something, be it. Do it to the best of your ability. Real estate is my passion. I love the interaction with people. I love the architecture and diversity of Denver’s neighborhoods. I love the process of helping people with one of the biggest decisions of their life. I love it all. Denver is a fantastic place to live. We’ve lived & own properties all over this great city! From our loft downtown (lived there in the early 90’s when it was a little “edgy” and quiet down there) to our adorable little (and I mean REALLY little) house in Bonnie Brae to our 1890’s Victorian in Platte Park to our Golden condo to the Berkeley bungalow to the Highlands row home to the Morrison place to our current mid-century modern house in Lakewood. Steve says I’m like the guy who gets a job at the bike shop and all of a sudden have every cool bike out there. Yeah. That’s me. What matters most to me is that our clients keep referring their friends, family & co-workers to us and that we’ve helped some of them with five or six moves. We’ve had the honor of working with multiple generations of several families over the years. The fact that our clients rely on us to be their lifelong real estate investment experts is far more important to us than the awards.
