re-mom’s goal is for work-life harmony to be a standard experience for all working mothers. When work-life harmony exists, women have the opportunity to advance personally and professionally, and directly challenge systemic barriers to equity. re-mom is an advocate for gender equity both in the home and in the workplace. Our mission is to reinvent working motherhood through tackling barriers to work-life harmony. We do this in three ways: 1. Harmony School™. Harmony School is the only program dedicated to dismantling default parenting. In today’s world, working mothers continue to be the most common default parent, all while engaging in paid work outside the home. Harmony School removes the default parent status by redistributing home and childcare duties across partners/couples/family units to allow for a more harmonious life for all parties involved, following a short program of workshops and coaching. Essentially, we’re bringing family dynamics into the 21st century. Maternity coaching and support. Re-mom works with expecting and new mothers as they navigate balancing (or harmonizing!) their new identities and accountabilities across work and home. Programs consist of mindset work and values alignment, with a focus on designing a life that feels good. Corporate workshops, seminars/webinars, and speaking engagements.
