Over the years Rea & Associates, LLC has expanded its representation of clients in all aspects of construction law, including drafting and negotiation of both AIA and customized contracts, filing, enforcement of trade contractor and project owner claims against payment and/or performance surety bonds, as well as in­project dispute resolution for purposes of avoiding potentially protracted and expensive litigation or arbitration of contractual disputes following project completion. In addition, the firm has extensive experience in all facets of residential and commercial real estate matters, from the typical residential closing to complex issues pertaining to commercial real estate development, such as assisting our clients to obtain land use variances, environmental clearances and compliance with other governmental regulations necessary for successful project development. The firm also handles leasing and financing matters for several of its real estate development clients.
