Reach life is committed to assisting individuals, groups and organisations realise their unique potential and to reach the life they deserve to live. We are a team of professionals with backgrounds including occupational therapy, psychology, social work, counselling and therapy assistance. Working across the lifespan, we collaborate with individuals and organisations in creative and practical ways to build foundations for hope, skills for living and well lives lived with meaning. For individuals experiencing distress or life challenges, we offer individual and group support options to build practical skills, discover underused capacities and explore opportunities for transforming struggle.
