Reach Much Higher (RMH) is a social enterprise dedicated to empowering India’s youth with the skills, confidence, and guidance they need to build meaningful careers. Our mission is to equip 1 million young people with industry-relevant skills by 2030 through sustainable, scalable, and impactful models. We work closely with 500+ partner colleges and institutions across India to bridge the gap between education and employment. Our programs combine career discovery, skill training, and job readiness - helping students identify their strengths, choose the right path, and prepare for the world of work. What We Do Career Guidance & Counselling: Helping youth discover careers aligned with their interests and potential. Skill Development Programs: Offering industry-aligned courses and experiential learning to enhance employability. Faculty Development: Empowering educators to deliver outcome-based and industry-relevant training.
