Reach Network

Reach is a global network of agencies specialising in human-centred design research and service innovation. We work with multinational companies and non-profit organisations seeking to improve existing services or develop new offerings in multiple foreign markets. As a network organisation, we conduct design research, training and coaching for distributed teams at a local level, while maintaining a global vision. In bespoke combinations Reach partners closely collaborate on international projects for client organisations. We also co-produce publications, local meet-ups and international events that celebrate the results of these partnerships and share learnings.
