The history of Reach-U dates back to 1989 when it was launched as a cartographer spin-off from University of Tartu. During its 30 years of history, Reach-U has grown from a map maker to GIS solutions’ provider and then to a software development company. We combine our expertise in data analytics, GIS solutions and software development to provide our clients with complete service, starting from policy definition until the solution delivery and support. We are proud that Reach-U created the first live positioning service in the world. The development of the E-112 solution for locating emergency callers began in cooperation with Ericsson in December It was installed in the EMT network (TeliaSonera-owned mobile operator in Estonia) in May Reach-U holds the ISO 9001:2008 quality process certificate for software development since 2006.
