Reach Yap Program

REACH Youth-Adult Partnership is a non-profit organization based in Cloquet, MN. Our Mission is to provide learning and leadership through Youth-Adult Partnerships to youth of Carlton County. We envision a community where every youth experiences a variety of positive and encouraging relationships that provide a sense of belonging and allows each youth the ability to achieve their full potential both individually and as members of the community. The goal of our organization is to build protective factors in youth that will lead them to thrive in our community. Positive indicators include: increase attendance and participation in school, prosocial behavior and activities, or engaging in the community with peers and supportive adults. REACH personalizes each goal with each individual youth.
