Reachout Canberra

Reach Out Canberra is an NDIS support provider that aims to give a voice to people affected by severe mental illness. We provide quality mental health and domestic support, group programs, strength-based support for adolescents with autism, mentoring and support coordination. We believe a better life is possible for the millions of people affected by mental illness, and we want to support these people to live their best life possible. Our support workers use a person-centred approach to support our participants. We understand that everybody has different requirements and preferences so we adapt our approach to each person. We create positive relationships with our participants and are dedicated to treating everybody with kindness, warmth and compassion.
