Ready To Lead believes in the power and potential of young leaders in Vietnam. This is a tribe of top talents who are ready to grow and create value to the global business world Lead The Change is an educational organization for social impacts founded by Mr Huynh Cong Thang in 2016. Our vision is to cultivate and empower the next generation of CHANGE LEADERS, through EDUCATION, INNOVATION, AND COLLABORATION, to take action towards creating a SUSTAINABLE FUTURE. At Lead The Change, we believe that effective leadership starts with SELF-AWARENESS AND PERSONAL GROWTH. Our mission is to equip young leaders with the SKILLSET, AND MINDSET NEEDED to INSPIRE & GUIDE OTHERS TOWARD A SHARED VISION OF SUSTAINABILITY. By taking action and creating positive change in their communities, our leaders will become AGENTS OF CHANGE who have a LASTING IMPACT ON THE WORLD around them.
