ReadyUp Skills is a skill development program for schools leavers and young people aged 17 - 25 on the NDIS. Based in Charlestown, we take a holistic and practical approach to supporting our participants to achieve their goals. We offer a range of programming that supports individual confidence-building and believe that learning through doing helps to not only build confidence but also practical skills and independence. We also ensure we are working with you to understand your needs and comprehension in an individualized way.
