The vehicle is picked up by a Real Auto Body flatbed truck; 3. The vehicle is estimated and repairs negotiated with the insurance co; 4. All repairs are completed using factory parts and repair procedures; 5. Customers are updated via the mobile app during repairs; 6. The vehicle is delivered back to the customer once completed.
