We view service users to have right to care and protection and thus will ensure they are treated non-judgementally in a caring, supporting and empathetic manner. We promote values that focus on the individual service users as being on the centre of care planning and service delivery incorporating close and caring relatives, friends and the multi-disciplinary team involved in the care. We aim to set and maintain the highest standard in the provision of care and nursing services across United Kingdom and the Global region We hope to achieve this by offering skilled care to enable people who use our services achieve their optimum state of health and well-being. We carry out assessment to ascertain the needs of the service users and service users have access to comprehensive information about the services we provide so that they can make informed decisions on whether we are able to meet their needs.
