Real Clear Franchising is led by Terry Cooper, recently retired as Senior Vice President of Global Development for Realogy Corporation (a Fortune 500 Company). Real Clear Franchising is a company designed to help successful businesses develop a world-class franchise offering and also to assist existing franchise companies better expand their business. Terry brings practical, hands-on experience, spanning over 30 years, in the field of franchising. Terry became an award winning franchise salesperson for the Century 21 Real Estate Corporation in the years 1982 – 1986 and held management positions in that company in not only franchise development but also information technology, training and business consulting. In addition to the real estate space, Terry was employed in franchise development for educational and haircare franchises to position these companies for acquisition by larger organizations. Terry has conducted training and field consultation in the United States and internationally, with over 20 international franchise operators.
