Real Connections

REsources for Ageless Living! REAL Connections is a member-driven resource network offering trusted information, valued services, and enriching relationships that enable individuals to live and age well in the comfort of their homes and communities. As one of Community Senior Services' newest programs, REAL Connections was inspired by Beacon Hill Village, a grassroots organization started in Boston eleven years ago by a group of like-minded neighbors. Their basic idea was that people want to live and age well in their homes and communities as they grow older by accessing convenient services and resources with one phone call. This highly successful aging-in-place concept has spread rapidly nationwide. REAL Connections will be the first of its kind in the Inland and East San Gabriel Valleys. REAL Connections will initially be offered in the communities of Claremont, La Verne, San Dimas, Pomona, Alta Loma, San Antonio Heights, Rancho Cucamonga, and Upland. Additional communities may be added later.
