A little over 3 years ago I started to focus on changing the mantra in my circle of influence towards fostering the collective sharing of sales skills and experiences so that each individual contributing would also, in turn, achieve financial and personal success. That effort quickly evolved into the Real Estate Agent Mastermind. The Real Estate Agent Mastermind is based on the concept of the “Mastermind,” developed by Napoleon Hill in 1938 in his book titled “Think & Grow Rich.” “Mastermind” is the “Coordination of knowledge and effort…between two or more people…for the attainment of a definite purpose.” And that’s the backbone of the Real Estate Agent Mastermind…the collective sharing of knowledge and experiences for the benefit of all participants, and for the purpose of securing personal and financial success for each of us.
