Everyone is doing their best, but with systems that don’t quite work for the way we actually operate today. That’s the kind of thing we wanted to fix. Real-Link was built to help teams move away from paper forms and towards something more practical and sustainable. We work with people on the ground: security teams doing mobile patrols, FM staff logging daily checks, cleaners covering multiple sites, hotel staff logging keyholding or incident reports. We’ve seen it used in gated communities in Kenya, hotel car parks in the UK, university buildings, construction sites, and industrial estates. We don’t ask teams to change how they work; we adapt Real-Link to suit them.
