Real Project Management Services

We are a small office that serves as part of the Owner's team, dedicated to what is best for the project at all times. We are passionate about doing great work for our clients, with pride of ownership in all projects we manage and a special interest in sustainable construction when feasible. If a project isn't profitable, then it isn't sustainable. With that in mind, occupants and legislators alike are pushing for better approaches and more thoughtful design. There are many ways to effectuate positive changes in the urban built environment and now several tested construction strategies that make significant reductions in energy usage, benefiting the project long-term. We also consider the health impacts of spaces we create, and how to transform our buildings and communities in ways that help people thrive. Seattle is our home, and we treat it that way, with every project managed by RPMS considering all stakeholders interests as our own.
