At Real Sense, we are dedicated to creating inspiring and functional spaces, focusing on homes and short-term rental spaces. Our projects are based on the experience and cultural connection with the area or neighborhood where they are located. We conceptualize, design, and develop each space to connect with a new generation of travelers and residents. We value authenticity, innovation, and sustainability to reflect the aspirations of our clients. 2022 We have completed our experiential developments in CDMX (Yakuza Suites, Rb Estudio, Iloft U Coliving). In 2023, we expanded our operations outside of CDMX and began the sales and development stage in: Kokoro Village - Villa del Carbón El Capitán - Holistic Villages - Todos Santos, Baja California Sur Both luxury developments are designed under a holistic functional/emotional concept that seeks external disconnection to achieve an internal connection with its owners. Also, in 2023, we successfully completed the transfer of properties to Real Sense of our new projects - Bruja - Tulum Aquelarre - Tulum. Experiential Coliving Towers under the wicca concept. Looking towards 2024, we have exciting projects planned in Tulum, Mérida, Todos Santos Centro, and Las Playitas, Baja California Sur. Our focus is to take our architectural experiences to different destinations, creating unique and meaningful spaces for those who enjoy them.
