Real Time Athletes is a web 2.0 startup company located in Los Angeles, CA that started in June 2010. Real Time Athletes is a new recruiting tool that will revolutionize College sport recruiting for both players and coaches. The online tool provides a well connected method for players to inform coaches about their skills and for coaches to find players who fit their needs. The system allows college coaches to search for players that match specific recruiting profiles within specific locations. These profiles can be broad or narrowed through criteria such as gpa, grad year, position, height, etc. The company was really created to level the recruiting playing field for all athletes. There are many talented players all over the country who never get the chance to be seen. Real Time Athletes allows these players to be seen whether they are playing in the biggest or smallest tournament. With this tool there will no longer be players who get overlooked because they fall under the radar.
