Realhao Precision is the subsidiary company of Realhao Industrial, which was established in 2004. Realhao Industrial is successfully in manufacturing of plastic injection moulds, rapid prototype and mould metal components in the past ten years. Mould metal components manufacturing takes up 30% of sales turnover in Realhao Industrial from 2010-2012. And the mould metal components were exported to Canada, USA, and Sweden. In 2012, Realhao Precision was established for metal parts manufacturing. The main products including metal CNC machined parts, metal turned parts and metal parts refining. Our team owns 10 years experiences in CNC machined parts, metal turned parts and metal parts refining. Which is a successful privately run precision engineering company. We have ongoing investment in the latest machining and turning technology which we combine with traditional methods allowing our team of precision engineers to produce the best quality components and CNC machined, turned parts to our customers at the best prices and on time delivery. Now Realhao Precision has two factories. The headquarter of Realhao Industrial located in Shenzhen, which is professional or steel machined and turned parts manufacturing. And the subsidiary company is located in Changan, Dongguan. It is mainly for aluminum, brass products manufacturing. The distance is 30 minutes by car. Advanced Equipments Neither of advanced equipments and excellent team can be lack in modern industry. Realhao Precision owns 11 sets of advanced CNC milling machines, 2 advanced CNC turning machine, 6 sets of Sinker EDM machines and 2 sets of Wire-cut EDM machines in house. It can process soft steel, hard steel, stainless steel, aluminum, zinc, brass. Realhao Precision also owns 3D inspection machine, 2D projector inspection machine, hardness detector, electronic height tester etc. Those equipments can help Realhao Precision ensure the quality, precision for each work pieces. Realhao Precision also owns a laser marking machines in house, each work pieces can be marked clearly and quickly. It can help our customer identify each work pieces quickly and avoid mistake processing or mistake delivery.
