Reality Shift Counselling

Stephen Davy is a counsellor working in Bethnal Green, East London. In the past he has worked with adolescents in a young people's advice and counselling centre, out of a GP practice and in various natural health centres. Stephen now works in private practice, seeing adult individuals (rather than couples or families). He is an accredited member of BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and has been working in the profession for over twenty years. As a counsellor, he specialises in helping people going through anxiety, stress and depression. He also works with people longer-term as a psychotherapist. Many of his clients come from creative professions.
