Realize Recovery

REALIZE Recovery’s mission is to build recovery teams which are customized to your individual needs to support health and healing for both you and your family. Our goal is to create a recovery plan based on the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual ideals of the client. We believe in taking a holistic approach toward healing and our programs are designed accordingly. Typically, each client works with a therapist, case manager, and mentor. We find that this paradigm encourages optimal success for the client to achieve their therapeutic goals. All therapists, case managers, and mentors have significant experience in working with clients in early recovery and long term recovery.
